Parent teacher conference

I had my very first parent teacher conference with Paige's teacher. This made me feel old! But, anyways, I wanted to share some things the teacher said about her.
- she is a good female role model
- is a great exerciser and always helps the other kids learn the new exercises
- loves to play with everyone and gets sad when someone gets left out
- is at the top of her class for literacy
- Very compassionate
- is shy at times - shocked by this one
- she is very concerned about the kids in her class.
- Always participates and waits her turn
- great problem solver
- she does not like it when classmates do not follow the rules
- has an advanced vocabulary and language skills
- well mannered and respectful
I am super proud of her. I knew she was a great kid, but it is always great to have someone else tell you it :). They did not have one negative thing to say! Some other things she is doing right now include...
- can count to 100...we just did it at the dinner table and I had no idea she could
- can identify sight words
- wants to read and sounds out just about every word she sees
- writes very well
- can do addition and subtraction
- has an amazing memory
- loves to do hard puzzles

I love this girl and glad she inherited Chad's smarts and my wits :)

She is one smart girl. We have known that from the first time we met her! She is really a sweet girl and very caring. I'd say you are doing lots of things right. Good job Paige. Man, I can't believe she is old enough to do all of those things. I'm feeling nostalgic!
