Seriously? Again?

If something should go wrong, it should be with me right? Well, we have mostly recovered from our car situation and have finally felt like...ok we can do this. However, they are giving us a run for our money just trying to get our new car registered. California is the stupidest and strictest DMV ever. Anyway, two weeks ago, Chad's computer decides to die after one year. We got lucky because they said it was a recall problem and that they would fix it for free, however we had to pay a lot to get it backed up. His computer is still not fixed. I decided that since his computer died, I should buy some CD's and backup all of my pictures because my computer is lame. Well the day I was going to backup all my pictures, my computer dies. I called the computer place and they tell me they think they can fix it over the phone, however all of my info will be lost. I kinda started crying to the guy telling him my story and how all the pictures of my girl are on there...blah blah blah. Well, now we have to take the other computer in to get backed up and pay a boat load of money to do so. I tell ya, you think life is going well and BAM! Seriously, can I get a break please!? I have told Chad many many times that I hate my computer and the day we get a new one, I want to throw it into the street and have a car run over it. If I do that, I will record it!!! Just thinking of it makes me laugh. So, lesson learned...backup your computer on your own!

Now, you might wonder how I am able to post this blog. Our wonderful friends, the Davis', have graceously allowed us to borrow their laptop that they don't use. How wonderful is that. I don't have to feel lost in the world anymore. Plus, Chad has midterms next week and really needs a computer to study etc. So thank you Brandon and Jenika. You are yet again, our lifesavers.

I'm feeling for ya lady, and all that "it will get better soon, blah, blah, blah" stuff that doesn't help much. How about "you don't get trials more than you can handle"? didn't help either?
for sure film it if you do run the computer over!

Oh, I am so sorry! That is my biggest fear, loosing all our pictures. I periodically back them up to a big hard drive just in case. So did you loose all your pictures or are the computer guys able to recover any of it? Good luck!

That is so horrible!! I sometimes get really worried about trusting computers so much! Our lives are on there! I might have to do a bunch of cds today because you've gotten me thinking about it. Yikes!
