Chad's family comes to town

I have a lot to post about considering it has been awhile since I have done so. First off, Chad's family came out to visit us about a week and a half ago. It was a lot of fun to hang out with them and let Paige get to know Chad's family better. The first day they were here, we went down to Chinatown so the girls could get purses. It was a pretty warm day, so we did not stay too long. After that, we went down and hung out at Venice Beach and played around. I love the beach! We then took them to our favorite Italian restaurant, C&O's. It was so fun because we finally got to be there when they sang "That's Amore" and they go around and do toasts. It was great fun and the family really liked it.

Saturday, we took off for Disneyland and California Adventure. I have not been since I was four and all I remember is getting stuck in the Star Tours ride and going on Dumbo. Needless to say, I had a much better experience this time around. Paige did so well and even took a great nap! She went on Winnie the Pooh, Pirates, Buzz Lightyear, A Bugs Life Swing Ride, and the Congo Jungle boat ride. She liked it all. My favorite was the Buzz Lightyear. It was so fun and interactive. I highly recommend it! We had a wonderful time there and were very tired when we got home. Chad and I are going to get a season pass which will be way fun!

Sunday, we hung out with his parents and nephew while his sisters went back over to Disneyland. It was nice to relax and hang out! They all left on Monday and we were sad to have them go, although Chad and I had a surprise in store....
