Sweet

I wanted to write a little bit about my grandma's funeral because it was just a good experience.  I know that sounds so weird to say, because she just died, but I mean good by the fact that the Spirit was so strong and it was so nice to hear all of the things said about my grandma.
During the graveside part, Elder Marion D. Hanks' son, Rich, spoke.  My grandma has worked for Elder Hanks for a REALLY long time and is pretty much a part of their family.  He first got up and said "I would like to quote someone to start out.  Earlier, little Paige went up and was looking at her grandma great and said 'Bye bye grandma.  Shhh she's sleeping.' "  After he said this I had thought Paige was being an annoyance and she would not sit still.  The minute he said this about her she looked at him and said "ME PAIGE!!"  I just could not help it but cry.  I feel as though Paige understood so clearly what many people there did not.  It was just such a good experience and so sweet of Brother Hanks to include her in his message.
Everything shared about my grandma was so true and good to hear.  I really know she is in a great place and is enjoying being with her husband again!
Today Paige, out of the blue, came up to me and said "Mommy, Grandma great go?" and I said "where did she go, Paige?" She responded with, " She go see Jesus."  How remarkable that a 2 year old can "comprehend" such a thing.  I love that little girl so much and the joy she is to me!

That is really neat Brittany. I love little children and the lessons we can learn from them. You have one smart/spiritual cookie on your hands!
