Yes, it is true. We were hit today. A lady ran a red light and smashed into our car on the passenger side. All four of us were in the car. I got the brunt on of the hit. Thankfully we had side air bags because I cannot imagine the pain I would be in if it did not! I hit my head and shoulder on who knows what. The kids were a little shaken up and wanted out of the car immediately. Paige was mainly concerned she would now make it to preschool in time. We are so thankful we now have another car and an extra car seat to get her there! We do have to buy new car seats even though there is no damage. I am so glad it was not our fault, no one was too hurt, and that we have great insurance. I am totally bummed about my car. I loved my car and got such an amazing deal on it thanks to my dad. We are hoping to get the same car. I am mourning the loss. Praying things will work out, but mainly just being thankful it wasn't worse.
oh and isn't that uniformed man handsome?!

Brittany I am so very sad for you! I would be devastated if my new car was totaled. I am SO very glad that you were all okay. How scary.
