Paige has finally reached the big girl bed stage. We figured that we wanted her adjusted before the baby came and so she didn't feel like the baby was stealing her crib. She thinks her bed is pretty cool and is very possessive of it. She does not like people sitting on it or touching it but her. It's pretty funny.
Last night was her first night and she did amazing. She only got up once to say she had to go to the bathroom...which she did not. She didn't fall out, but I am sure that one is coming. She did manage to turn herself completely around though. I am hoping nap time goes as well, but am pretty sure that is where it is going to be hard. Is it bad to put her in the pack n play for naptime if she doesn't take naps well in her bed???

This is a random picture, but I think it is funny. She told me she was going to have a picnic outside, so she made all of these "cupcakes" and sat outside for seriously a half hour enjoying herself. Mind you, we bought her a ton of play food...she really likes to make her own creations instead.

I love the bed! If you are concerned about her falling out, you can buy a bed rail. I think ours cost like 12 bucks. It is worth it for my peace of mind because Kenzi is a crazy sleeper! That is funny Paige doesn't want anyone touching her bed! I love her cupcakes. Very creative little girl.
Yea-you made the transition! I'm glad it's going well so far. I say-make her sleep in her bed for naps too, cause you don't want to be fighting that transition when the baby comes. I think we're going to try the binki transition this week. Wish me luck! :)
