The Biggest Loser



So I have decided to take the million pound match-up, biggest loser challenge! I have challenged Chad and others to join in! I started on Monday, and have lost a pound and a half! That does not sound like a lot, but my goal is 2 pounds a week. I am pretty happy about it, because yesterday was not the best day for me, but I worked it all off! So I decided to work out 3-4 times a week and walk for at least 30 minutes everyday. The walking is easy, but the working out takes time and effort. We have also changed our eating habits. We have switched to whole grains, fat free milk, more fruits and veggies, and no carbonation. It is actually pretty easy. Everyone who knows me, knows I love candy, so that is just in moderation now. I love it! Lets hope the next time you see me, I look a little better! Anyone who wants to do it with me, let me know! It helps to have support!

YOU GO GIRL!!!! I started Weight Watchers and my favorite thing about it is that it is fool proof. I get 35 points a day and an extra 35 points that I can or don't have to use throughout the week. Those extras come in handy when you "blow your diet" with dessert or any other item not on the agenda. And since they are optional you didn't really blow it, you just used some of your optional points. So you need to figure a way to let yourself have some wiggle room when you have a bad day. That way you won't be so discouraged if you didn't eat perfectly that day...who eats perfectly anyway? I am excited for you and 1.5 lbs is awesome! At that rate you'll have lost 6 lbs this month and you should be feeling that in your jeans in no time.
